Let me start by sharing a personal story of conquering one of my seemingly insurmountable fears. Not too long ago, I found myself in a role that called for public speaking. Despite excelling in my field, the thought of standing in front of an audience, sharing my insights, and commanding attention struck terror into my heart. But through a series of small victories – a successful presentation, positive feedback, and the gradual ease of anxiety – I faced my fear of public speaking. It was only by stepping out into the unknown that I discovered a reservoir of strength within myself and stepped into immense power hidden on the other side.
